How it works

Eight short guides, recorded on the real product

Every video below is a live recording against real inventory — no mockups. Read the steps, watch the clip, and you know the whole product.

Guide 1 · Getting started

From sign-in to a synced catalog

You don’t enter inventory into Listari — you point Listari at the website that already has it.

  1. 1
Open Onboarding and paste your inventory URL

Any page that lists your vehicles works — your dealer site, your listings page. Pick the “Vehicles” vertical.

  2. 2
Hit Smart scrape and review the preview

Listari reads the page and shows what it found — titles, prices, photos — with a confidence score before anything is imported.

  3. 3
    Click “Use this source”

The full catalog imports in the background and every photo is mirrored, so posts never break when your site changes.

  4. 4
    Open Inventory

Your whole catalog is there — searchable, priced, photo-ready. From here on it stays in sync automatically.

Guide 2 · Posting

Pick a vehicle, approve a post

Ari — your AI copywriter — drafts channel-ready posts. Nothing ships without your approval.

  1. 1
Find the vehicle in Inventory and click Post

Search by year, make, model, or VIN. The Post button hands that exact vehicle to Ari in chat.

  2. 2
    Watch Ari draft

Ari pulls the listing data, writes per-channel copy in your brand voice, and picks the best photos from the gallery — live, in front of you.

  3. 3
    Review each channel tab

Facebook, Instagram, and Marketplace each get their own caption with character limits. Edit, regenerate with a hint, or copy the text out.

  4. 4
    Approve & post

Facebook posts in seconds via the API. Marketplace fills in your own Chrome session through the extension — you always click Publish yourself.

Guide 3 · Routines

Your catalog updates itself

A routine re-scrapes your source on a schedule so inventory never goes stale.

  1. 1
    Add a routine

Point it at your inventory URL and pick a cadence — every 6 hours, 12 hours, or daily.

  2. 2
Run it on demand when you need to

“Run now” queues a scrape immediately — the status flips as soon as it finishes.

  3. 3
    Read the card

Each routine shows its last run, how many vehicles it found, how many sold units it retired, and any errors. Pause or delete any time.

Guide 4 · Sold & take-downs

Sold means sold — everywhere

Sold inventory still live on Marketplace gets dealers flagged. Listari keeps a take-down list for you.

  1. 1
    Mark it sold

Search the vehicle in Inventory’s table view and hit Sold. Routines also retire sold vehicles automatically when they disappear from your site.

  2. 2
    Check the dashboard banner

Any sold vehicle that still has a live Marketplace post shows up in an amber banner — that’s your take-down list.

  3. 3
    Click “Open on Marketplace”

Each row links straight to the live listing so you can pull it down in seconds.

  4. 4
    Deal fell through? Relist

One click flips the status back and the vehicle is postable again.

Guide 5 · Data freshness

Know exactly how fresh your data is

Every listing carries its scrape timestamp — and you can refresh on demand.

  1. 1
    Read the header

Inventory shows “synced Xm ago” — the last time Listari confirmed your catalog against your site.

  2. 2
    Check any row’s “Last seen”

Per-vehicle timestamps show when the scraper last saw that exact unit on your site.

  3. 3
Hit “refresh now” when you can’t wait

Queues a scrape immediately — new arrivals and price changes land in minutes. Routines do the same on a schedule.

Guide 6 · The extension

Install + pair the Marketplace extension

Marketplace posts publish from your own Facebook session via the Listari Chrome extension. Direct install while our Chrome Web Store listing is in review — about two minutes.

  1. 1
Download the zip from your dashboard

The “Set up Marketplace posting” card walks you through it. Unzip the file anywhere.

  2. 2
    Load it in Chrome

chrome://extensions → turn on Developer mode → “Load unpacked” → pick the unzipped folder.

  3. 3
    Get your 6-digit code

Settings → Browser extension → Pair extension. Codes expire in five minutes.

  4. 4
Type it into the extension’s welcome screen

That pairs this Chrome profile to your dealership — a revocable token, never your Listari password or Facebook login.

Guide 7 · The widget

The dock: your queue, on Facebook itself

Once paired, a small dock appears on Marketplace’s create page. It fills the form; you press Publish.

  1. 1
    See what’s next

The dock shows the next approved draft — title, price, and how many are queued behind it. Pause or skip any time.

  2. 2
    Click Fill

The extension opens the real create form and types everything in — watch the per-field checklist tick through photos, year, make, model, mileage, price, and description.

  3. 3
    “Done. Your turn.”

Listari never auto-publishes. The dock hands off with the form filled — you review and hit Facebook’s own Publish button.

Guide 8 · Results

Nothing is a black box

See what posted, where, and when — down to the permalink.

  1. 1
    Start at the dashboard

Posts this week, error rate, AI spend against your cap, live listings — plus a feed of everything that happened in the last 24 hours.

  2. 2
    Work the Queue

“Waiting on you” needs an approval; “In flight” shows per-platform progress live; “Recently posted” is today’s wins.

  3. 3
    Audit History

Every post ever made, per-platform status, and a permalink straight to the live post.

That’s the whole product. Try it on your own inventory.
